Decorating with Chocolate?

I'm being creative for Easter, making gingerbread Easter eggs and decorating with chocolate. But it's not as easy as it looks. Any tips?

Sorry, no idea! I'd be doing icing myself. Maybe chocolate icing rather than melted chocolate? Would that help?
But I'd like to see pictures if possible when its done!

I don't have pictures, it's well and truly too late for that lol. But I basically had the three melted chocolates, used one as the base colour and covered them, then dribbled the other two on the top. It was far easier to do that than the intricate designs I had in my head, all of which may have been possible if I'd used a piping bag. But I was running out of time to experiment. At least you know what the gingerbread was like :)
