Short-Term Writing Goal: Start up the letters game again.

Finish the last 15k or so of NaNo, even though the month’s up.

Current Writing Projects: Angels' Fall, a sci-fi/horror about angels and genetic modification and the end of the world, Witch and Windstorm, my one last-ditch attempt at writing fantasy, and an untitled thriller/horror about a guy whose twin sister goes missing and his increasingly horrific and bloody search to find her.
Current Goals: To finish one of the above writing projects, or at least to plan out Angels' Fall so it actually has a point and then start it. Actually, to make any progress on one of the above three would do me fine.
Current Obsessions: Mikey Way from My Chemical Romance, my job, George R. R. Martin's A Song Of Ice And Fire books, my new mobile phone.

Reading: ASOIAF, Alastair Reynolds' Revelation Space, Stephen Eriksson's Gardens Of The Moon, Rurouni Kenshin books 2 and 3, Life According to Jeremy Clarkson (I think...) and everything by Poppy Z. Brite.

Current Project: In a couple weeks I'm starting a noveling experiment using Donald Maass's "Writing the Breakout Novel" book and workbook to finally get "Motherland" down on paper, after thumping around in my noggin for a decade.
