You're probably no longer bored though, as I live in a completely different timezone.

You don't happen to know anything about medicinal herbs in South-East Asia or India, or heck even the Middle East or Afrika, would you? My story's set in a vaguely north-Burma vaguely Thailand vaguely India place and aside from a few things I've picked up from western herb-books with origins in those areas, it's very hard. If you don't, don't worry though.
