Are there wind chimes that you know of, that sound the 'best'? What would that be?

The 'best' wind chimes, in my opinion, are the really big thick-walled metal ones that have a deep, sombre sort of tone. Really relaxing and meditative sound, when they are struck.
The worst are those tiny high-pitched ones you get in 2-dollar shops. Those are horrible.
ETA: To compare, think of the big, heavy windchimes as like monks: solemn, mystical in a way, earnest and honest, revelling in silence as much as in their chants. In contrast, the tiny $2 ones are like the village gossips: annoying, nasal and never shutting up, with no sense of class or sophistication, or any appreciation for deep thought or solemnity. That's the way I see it, anyway.

I like the bamboo ones, in terms of the sort you can buy and put up places. My friend also has some nice metal ones that look pretty and sound fairly acceptable.

I like the wooden ones. The BIG wooden ones that sound like... I don't know, they're just amazing. :D

Either the really huge wooden ones that are like as tall as me or, like Michael said, the metal ones that are really somber.
I'm very much for deep, rolling sound when it comes to wind chimes.

I like clonky wood wind chimes, or rattly bone wind chimes.
