I don't see it being much of a draw... I personally hate talking philosophy and politics in public. *grin* Not in emails though, as YOU know.

^ for now, that's where things go about this. I have plans to do something about making another section that would include things like that, but then it becomes way too 'elitist'. People won't go in there because things are too indepth, in their view, when we can have indepth conversation in the drawing room, and not scare them away from participating. Also, I'd be concerned about what that would leave for The Drawing Room? Just... 'fluff' posts?
Anyway, I'm thinking about it.

I really would prefer to have general discussions in the drawingroom. The awesomest forum I know of is called "community chat", so, no, you don't really need a whole separate forum if you want good discussions... you just need people to discuss :)
