Would it be possible to have some kind of NiH birthday calnder, so we can keep track of everyone's birthdays and such and wish them happy birthday when they come up? It would be kind of cool. Just a thought.

There should be plugins or hacks for PHPBB which can offer this functionality though :o even if they may be a real chore to implement :o so maybe we could find one online? :o

Maybe there's some way to tinker with the code that controlls that scroller widget at the top of the main page with 'Today's Birthdays' and have it list all the birthday peoples.

Well, we finally have birthdays here.
Everyone should go to their profile and enter their birthday now :)
(I think the year is optional, for anyone concerned about revealing their age).
Also, we're now running the new version of phpBB (no differences except for some security etc).
If anyone finds any problems let me know. It's 2am and I need sleep, I may have missed something :)

I've also just added another little feature to your profiles, if you add your birthday and then view your profile you should see something underneath your Birthday :)
