My dad is organising a quiz night in a few months, and he wants me to help him with questions.

So, do you guys know any good general knowledge questions?

Also, he wants a few obscure questions to use as tie-breakers, so if you know anything like that, that would be handy too.
(Eg. A question we had at one a few years back, I was the only one who knew the answer.
Q: What is Donald Duck's middle name?
A: Fauntleroy.)

Or just any random facts that can be turned into questions.

Or if you could point me in the direction of any sites that have that sort of stuff?

The capital city of Brunei is something that, for some reason, I convinced myself I needed to know. Bandar Seri Begawan. Nobody else seems to know it :P

I found a site with a bunch of trivia (http://www.triviaplaying.com/index.htm)... but there's a lot of US trivia, I notice. Lots of US history which you probably don't learn in Australia (hell, I don't even learn them here!) so here are some of my favorites. :D

What Beatrix Potter tale is the top-selling children's book of all time?
A: The Tale of Peter Rabbit.

What national holiday in Mexico has picnickers munching chocolate coffins and sugar skulls?
A: The Day of the Dead.

What ingredient in fresh milk is eventually devoured by bacteria, causing the sour taste?
A: Lactose.

What was the first planet to be discovered using the telescope, in 1781?
A: Uranus.

How many days does a cat usually stay in heat?
A: Five.

Diesel engines differ from gasoline engines how?
>There's no spark to ignite the diesel (which no one seems to know except me in all my auto classes)

*shrugs* I have no idea if those'll help at all...
