Deleting Threads

Is is possible for the creator of a thread to delete that thread?

If so, how?

If not, why not?

No it's not possible, because of people creating threads, having a negative response to them and deleting the whole thing in a huff before I can see what happened.
I did think it was possible to delete your own threads until a certain amount of time had passed (so in cases of accidental double posting), but... maybe not... I have never tried to do it as a non Admin.

One more question, is it only you who can change the title of the threads?
