Email not recognised

Hi! Im tiger_chick_90. I have forgotten my password, so i requested it to be sent to me, but I got told that my email address was not recognised and i don't show up in the members list, despite my account having been activated, which cat_lover_4113 verified with Tundra.

Could someone please tell me what could have of gone wrong?

Hi. I don't think I did post a thread, I have now re-signed myself in as tiger_chick_90, so hopefully can stay still signed in. Thanks for the reply.
