Default Post Fonts

Is there a way to make it so that if I copy-paste something from Microsoft Word, for example, "Time for pie", is there a way to make it so that the font defaults to the forum font rather than having all the stupid
Time for pie. font tags around it?

Or even just displaying the stupid original font, if it's going to do that?

At the moment it's ridiculous, I copy some huge story exerpt for showing off or for a critique, and I have to go through and manually remove all the tags from each individual line/sentence/paragraph space.

I had this problem too. I had to copy it into notepad before copying it across.

Ah, that would work. Perhaps I should try that instead. It's still annoying, though.

Yeah, I don't have word but I use Buzzword (online word processor) and I got confused when all the tags started showing up. Notepad was the only way I could think of. I haven't seen it happen with text input boxes on other sites.
