MPreg: Help!

So...there's MPreg happening in this story I've got going on.

The dude in question had a recent run-in with a fairy who made him a whole lot better-looking that he was.

My only theory so far is that in making him "prettier" he also got made partly into a girl but is still mostly a boy, and I think that sounds stupid-ish.

So...it's not a particularily magical setting, fairies aside, but how do you think the MPreg possibility might have come about and how will the baby come out, if not via Cesarean or pooping or bursting...things that would balk at a catheter?

1. Special fairy magic rearranged his internal organs, but not the outside ones.

2. Something she gave him to drink did it.

3. I wouldn't suggest fixing the outside organs for a natural pregnancy. Just have the insides organized correctly and give him a C-section. :D

The baby couldn't have come out except via a C-section or bursting, but if there's magic enough to give him a uterus, there's probably magic enough to teleport the baby out.

Hmm... somehow teleportation sounds too easy. A C-section might work best... unless somehow his outside organs stay the same LOOKING but get the properties of the female ones... >_> Meaning his penis would be able to open and stretch and so would his hips.

Speaking of hips, does he get bigger hips? If not, he could have some sort of miscarriage. Unless you need him to bring it to term... >_>

If it were me, I'd probably have him die due to the baby ripping its way out of his body (and subsequent blood loss.) But then, I'd have to figure out why the infant is that strong.

How's about... if he gets girl parts, he also unwittingly gets a vagina... at least a vestigal one, like a real hermaphrodite? I, personally, don't check that area very often... there's something fairly pendulous in the way, you know? So when he realizes he's pregnant, he starts checking around and when he feels an opening there behind his scrotum, he goes, :shock:

Or maybe it opens up just before the birth, and reseals afterwards? More magical mysteries...

I wrote an MPreg fanfiction a couple of years ago, and didn't tell of how the baby ended up there. The story started with the pregnant character going to the theatre and having a C-Section :)

There was one fanfiction I read where up the ass of the character there was a flap of skin that led to wherever and that was where the sperm went and how the baby started.

I second either the Caserian, or AXJ's idea. If you're going to turn into enough of a girl to get pregnant, logically you should also turn into enough of a girl to give birth...
