Though it's titled National Novel Publishing Year (inspired by NaNoWriMo, of course), NaNoPubYe is much less structured (the monthly schedule is more of a guideline) and provides a wealth of publishing discussion and resources from plotting to query letters to manuscripts. I especially like the Spotlight Market section.

Brain fart said to me "Hangout of the Wrimos." Whoops. However, I don't think my 16-year-old self could publish or even handle the pressure of publishign along with school right now.
