How many countries have you visited/resided in?
I've lived in Kuwait for most of my life, in Canada for a year and now I'm in Dubai. Besides those places, I've been to India, Germany, Italy and France. I love visiting new places, but I hate the plane-ride.

P.S.: Yay!! I'm no longer a romance novelist!!!

I was born in Canada, live in Canada, and probably will always live in Canada.

And one time I went to Florida. When I was five.

Born in Canada, lived in Canada, Lesotho, the USA, and Canada. Visited South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, the USA, and Germany (does stopping over for 12 hours when flying to Capetown count?). Woohoo! I think I trump the rest of you when it comes to globetrotting!

One. One boring country, state, and one town for the most part. But I've lived in about 3 different suburbs!

Born in Australia. Visited England, Scotland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France (well, Paris) Italy (well, Venice), The Netherlands and Poland. That was all in one trip back in 2002/2003. This year we might be going to somewhere in asia.

Born on mainland of Canada, moved to another house over there when I was two, then moved out here to the island when I was six. I've been to visit folks in various Canadian cities, (Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Moncton, Amherst--Nova Scotia, back-country places on PEI that were like Anne of Green Gables come to life, and Sackville--New Brunswick.) Also been to Niagra Falls and drove over the Rainbow Bridge and was in upstate NY for about ten minutes before we drove back over the border. Spent 72 jet-lagged hours in London, England, once when I was nine or ten. Been to Disneyland twice in former years, and went to New York City for a madcap three days last summer. Other than that...random gulf islands?
Also possibly Washington/Oregon when I was about four and I can hardly remember.

I feel pretty lame at the moment. I've visited almost every state on the east coast of the United States -- I think I am missing only Rhode Island, damnit -- and a couple more. I have been to Canada twice -- once when I was v. young in a train (never got off) and once two summers ago illegally. We were staying on a lake in northern Maine that was half in Canada and half not; we took a boat across because we are cheap. We did go to the border by car, to be fair, but we had alcohol in the car so coulldn't cross.

There are so many places I want to visit. :[ I will see in opera in La Scala (Milan, Italy) before I die. I WILL.
