I tried, but I found some of the questions patronising (the first especially -- I can only manage an hour or so of writing a day because I work and I think giving up work to write would be dumb; it doesn't make me less writerly) and some of them were extremely non-applicable and would apply only to writers of a certain technique or preference, and some were impossible to answer because there wasn't a relevant option -- I know what a Mary-Sue is, and I don't avoid them like the plague.
Nice try, though.

I agree -- it was a good concept, but many of the questions needed another answer. I find that with far too many quizzes; I keep on asking myself, "Okay, where's e) None of the above?"
Like the one about pulling a sickie -- I wouldn't call in sick for any reason other than actually being sick (because I've got an aversion to lying), and often won't even if I AM sick. The next two are related, in that I wouldn't lie.

I know, guys, I promise, and there were at least half of the questions where I wanted to add another 2 or 3 options, but I couldn't 'cause of the site I did it one. You can only do up tp 4 options per question.

That's silly -- the only four options thing, I mean. There's such a variety in the types of answers that people could give to quizzes. I guess I do understand why the site has that restriction, though. It wouldn't be good if people began posting quizzes with, like, 20 possible answers. That would be a little excessive.

You scored 81 Writerisms!
You're a writer. There are no two ways about it. You do what you love and you love what you do. You'll sacrifice things to write, and allthough many people don't understand you or think you have your priorities wrong, you know that you're right, and that it's the right choice. And if you don't, you should. Writing is nothing to do with natural born talent. Anyone can learn to put words on paper, but it's those of us who do it because we love it, who learn to put words on paper so we can express that love and enjoyment, who can go all the way. Well done, keep writing, and make sure you put in a good word for me when you're sipping coffee with JKRowling.
I didn't need the quiz to know that I'm a writer. I feel cheated out of the last 30 seconds of my life.

I got 68 writerisms! I'm pretty happy with myself. A lot of those questions could have been answered with "I haven't had the chance, but I would if needed." Because I haven't been writing a terribly long time. About four years sicne I considered the possability of doing something like this for a living, and only two since I've been serious about it. This test was a fun little diddy, but I agree with Vindie: Some of the questions were very patronising.
